These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our services. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Services

Carpet Doctor provides professional carpet cleaning and related services. We aim to deliver services with reasonable skill and care in accordance with industry standards.

3. Bookings
• All bookings can be made via phone, email, or online (if available).
• Confirmation will be provided once your booking is accepted.
• You must provide accurate information about the property and services required.

4. Pricing & Payment
• Prices will be provided at the time of booking or quotation.
• Payment must be made upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Some stains may be permanent due to age, material, or prior treatment.
• Drying times may vary depending on carpet type, ventilation, and weather conditions.

8. Liability
• Carpet Doctor is not liable for:
• Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
• Colour fading or shrinkage due to manufacturer defects or age
• Damage caused by undisclosed substances or hazards in the carpet/flooring
• To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-performing the service or providing a refund for the affected service.

9. Health & Safety
• We use industry-approved cleaning solutions and equipment.
• Customers must keep children and pets away from the work area during and immediately after cleaning.

10. Complaints
• Any concerns must be reported to us within 48 hours of service completion.
• We will assess and, if required, re-perform the service or provide a fair resolution.

11. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland.
